Free, Next-Day Delivery is available on most orders shipped in the 5 boroughs Of N.Y area and NJ when items are purchased between 7- 1 p.m. ET Monday-Friday. outside this area all items are quoted FOB Please contact us for the exact rate. orders will be shipped via FedEx or Freight Service depending upon the size of the order, and the items that have been ordered. We will accept special freight requests provided you have an account with the carrier you wish to use Extended Inventory items & special items, may have longer delivery times.

Claims

All claims for shortage must be made within 24 hours after receipt of shipment

Return Merchandise

We accept returned product up to 30 days from the date of purchase in its original packaging & saleable condition.

Drivers are not authorized to accept returns without authorization from our customer service department. contact customer service at 718-522-3232 for assistance. Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package and an expected time for your package pickup.

Some items cannot be returned to UMS. These include:

• fiber_manual_recordSpecial orders such as non catalog Items,
• fiber_manual_recordCustomized Countertops & Customized Doors, or any made-to-order and fabricated items,
• fiber_manual_record Appliances

Refused or canceled Extended Inventory orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Cancellation fees may apply on quoted volume, customized, or non catalog items.

No Minimum Order Required

Orders less than $95 are subject to a $10 handling fee.

Pricing Subject To Change

Changes in market conditions, increases in delivery costs, and fluctuations in the commodity market may require us to adjust our prices on select items from time to time. In the event there is a price change, we will inform you of the adjusted price before you complete your order. Some products may only be eligible for tiered pricing regardless of contract pricing terms.
